1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of AI Skill Notebook by any user.
2. Definitions
- Application: AI Skill Notebook desktop software (macOS/Windows).
- Workspace: a local folder selected by the user.
- Skill: a set of files/documentation published by a creator, downloadable via the application.
- Creator: a person or entity publishing Skills.
3. Access to the service
The application is free to use for standard usage. Certain features require purchasing a Skill (see Buyer Terms).
4. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may implement security checks (e.g., detection of abnormal usage).
5. AI & workspaces — essential warnings
- The application may enable actions that read files within your local workspace. You understand that AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected results.
- You remain solely responsible for verifying outputs, any changes made to your workspace, and decisions made based on AI results.
- If you choose to use a third‑party AI provider, that provider’s terms and policies apply. **WISHTECH** is not responsible for processing performed by such third parties or any transfer you initiate.
6. Skills — local download & content responsibility
- After purchase, certain Skill files may be downloaded automatically to your device.
- **WISHTECH** cannot control how you use these files and does not guarantee the absence of third‑party rights claims.
- For notices (illegal content/IP), we operate a notice & action process (see
/legal/report-illegal-content).
7. Prohibited conduct
In particular, you must not:
- share, publish, resell, or make Skill files (or derivatives) available to third parties;
- use the service for unlawful purposes, bypass security measures, or extract content at scale;
- introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attack the infrastructure.
8. Suspension / termination
We may suspend or restrict access (temporarily or permanently) in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, security risks, or legal obligations.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, **WISHTECH** disclaims liability for indirect damages (loss of data, loss of business), including those related to AI usage, workspace files, or Skill usage. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. For consumers, amicable dispute resolution mechanisms are available (see /legal/complaints-mediation).
