Report Illegal Content (Notice & Action)

Use this page to notify us of potentially illegal content (e.g., copyright infringement, malware, prohibited content) within a Skill or its metadata. Notices should be submitted electronically and include sufficient detail for assessment.

1. How to report

Email contact@aiskillnotebook.com with subject: “Illegal content notice” and include:

  1. Your identity and contact details (name/company, email).
  2. Skill URL/ID or other information enabling identification.
  3. Precise description of the content and where it appears (file, version, path).
  4. Legal basis: why you believe it is illegal (e.g., IP rights, malware).
  5. Evidence: documents, links, screenshots, statements.
  6. Good‑faith statement: you believe the information is accurate and complete.

2. Timelines & processing

  • Acknowledgement of receipt: (e.g.) within 5 business days.
  • Review: (e.g.) within 10 business days, depending on complexity.
  • Possible actions: request for more information, temporary removal, unpublishing, creator suspension, or a reasoned decision to keep content.

3. Counter‑notice (for creators)

If you are the creator, you may contest the notice by providing:

  • proof of rights/licenses,
  • technical explanation (if false positive),
  • compliance information.

4. Abuse of the process

Manifestly abusive notices may be rejected and may result in appropriate measures.
