1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to any purchase of a Skill (monthly or annual subscription) via AI Skill Notebook.
2. What a Skill is (digital content)
A Skill is digital content (files, documentation, resources) provided by a creator and made available through the platform.
3. Pricing, taxes, invoicing
Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location and tax rules.
4. Ordering & payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. If payment fails, access to the Skill may be suspended.
5. Delivery / availability
After payment, access to the Skill is activated and files may be downloaded to your device.
6. Right of withdrawal — important rule
A 14‑day right of withdrawal generally applies to distance purchases, subject to exceptions.
6.1 Waiver for digital content supplied immediately
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may not apply when performance begins with your prior express consent and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins.

- ☐ I expressly request immediate access to the Skill before the end of the 14‑day withdrawal period.
- ☐ I acknowledge that once supply/download begins, I lose my right of withdrawal.
7. Refund policy
7.1 No “change of mind” refunds
If you requested immediate access and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, no refund is due for a simple change of mind.
7.2 Legal remedies (conformity / availability)
This does not affect your statutory rights relating to the conformity of digital content/services (bringing into conformity, price reduction, termination where applicable).
8. License — personal use, no sharing
- Personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license valid for the subscription term.
- You must not share, publish, distribute, resell, rent, lend, or make available to third parties any part of a Skill.
8.1 Anti‑abuse controls
We may analyze security signals (login activity, IP and device characteristics) to detect usage clearly inconsistent with personal use. If abuse is suspected, we may request verification, restrict, or suspend access.
9. Term, renewal, expiration
Upon expiration (or cancellation), the application automatically removes Skill files it downloaded and manages within its own directories. We cannot remove copies you may have exported or moved outside those directories; your non‑sharing obligations remain.
