Creator Terms

Terms for publishing and monetizing Skills.

1. Scope

These terms govern access to the Creator program enabling publication and monetization of Skills on AI Skill Notebook.

2. Eligibility & verification (KYC/KYB)

We may collect and verify identity and/or business information in order to approve creators, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and manage the contractual relationship. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Creator fee

Creator access: **59** € (excl. VAT) per year. Promotion: first year free (subject to the conditions displayed at signup).

4. Submission & review process

  • Each Skill must be submitted for review before publication.
  • The review may include checks for format, security, compliance, and consistency of information.
  • Review is not a guarantee that the Skill does not infringe third‑party rights. The creator remains solely responsible for the content.

4.1 External links in descriptions

  • You may include external website links in your Skill description.
  • If you include external links, ##company_name## may require you to add an AI Skill Notebook index / listing link on the corresponding external page (a “link-back”) so users can easily find the official listing.
  • If you do not add the requested index/link-back within a reasonable timeframe, the Skill may be rejected, delayed, or unpublished.

5. Your obligations (rights & security)

You warrant in particular that:

  • if you include any external links in your Skill description or materials, you are responsible for those links and must comply with the external-link rules (including adding an AI Skill Notebook index/link-back upon request);
  • you hold all necessary rights (copyright, licenses, trademarks) for the files you provide;
  • the Skill does not contain malware, backdoors, exfiltration code, or unlawful content;
  • you do not unlawfully collect personal data through your files or documentation.

6. License granted to the platform

You grant **WISHTECH** a non‑exclusive, worldwide license for the duration of publication, as necessary to: host, store, reproduce and distribute the Skill to buyers; display descriptions and metadata; and perform moderation and technical operations.

7. Pricing & commission

  • You set your Skill prices (monthly/annual) at your discretion.
  • Revenue split: **50**% of net amounts to **WISHTECH**, remainder to the creator (excluding taxes and adjustments).
  • Commission changes: **WISHTECH** may change the commission rate with 30 days’ prior notice. You may stop selling (unpublish) before the change takes effect.

8. Creator payouts

  • Payout frequency: (e.g.) monthly, subject to a threshold of **300** €.
  • Refunds/chargebacks (if any) may result in adjustments and set‑offs against future payouts.
  • You are responsible for your own tax obligations (VAT, income/corporate taxes, invoicing) depending on your status.

9. Unpublishing, suspension, termination

We may refuse, suspend, unpublish or remove a Skill in case of a valid notice (illegal content/IP), security risk, or breach of these terms.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify **WISHTECH** for third‑party claims related to your Skill (rights, illegality, security).
